OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Free ground shipping on orders of $75 or more in the lower 48 states.
Free shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
When to Expect Your order
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order, and between 3-7 days for your order to arrive. If the order is not received for more than 10 days, please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order.
For made-to-order products, please find the processing time on each product page.
International Orders: Discounted shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Some models require a longer processing time due to different situations, which is highlighted in the product description part. Please make sure to read before placing an order.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
How to Return an Order
To return your product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to require the RMA number and prepaid shipping label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How to Exchange an Order
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from shipping. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. RMA number and prepaid shipping label is required.
