NEXG
To begin, please download the Enya Music APP. Create your account and ensure that both your NEXG and your smartphone's Bluetooth are turned on. Sign in to your account, select "Devices" to connect your NEXG, and then follow the instructions to get your NEXG activated.

Due to the electronics built inside the instrument, it's highly NOT recommended to leave your NEXG in the car with a very cold or hot environmental condition. If you have to, keeping it in the case is always a good idea.

Common Questions
Before activating your free OKMUSICIAN subscription, please download the APP and sign up for an OKMUSICIAN account before submitting the form. It may take up to 24 hours to have your subscription activated.
IOS USERS: Please make sure to go to profile in the APP and provide the email address on top of the screen.

About The Instruments
You are encouraged to try different types of low G strings and find the best sound you may like. However, please avoid using any wound (metal) strings on the Nova carbon fiber ukulele.
We use Enya fluorocarbon low G on the carbon fiber models, and brass wound Enya low G strings on the wooden models.
The Enya bolted (BT) neck technology allows the neck to be fully detachable for intonation & action adjustment purposes. Please note that having the BT neck detached for size-reducing purposes is NOT recommended.

Orders placed on the Enya website are eligible for price matching. Within 30 days of placing the order, submit the order details to us along with a snapshot of the lower online price, and we'll refund you the difference in price.
Shipping & Returns
For all made-to-order products, please find the processing time on the product page. Some models require a longer processing time due to different situations, which is highlighted in the product description part. Please make sure to read before placing an order.
To return your product, please contact us at service@enya-music.com to require the RMA number and prepaid shipping label. All orders can be returned within 30 days of the purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping on returned items unless the item was damaged during shipping or not received as described. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Unsolicited returns to enya-music.com or any of its authorized dealers will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.
To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. All returned items must include all original packaging and accessories. Returned items not adhering to this policy may be subject to a 20% restocking/handling fee. The paid shipping fee is not refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping or not received as described.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from shipping.
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries for orders placed on enya-music.com. Your shopping costs will calculate at checkout and are based on your ship-to location, the weight, and the size of your order. All international shipping costs are applied to the discounted rates to give you the best pricing possible. If you do not see any available rates for your address during checkout, it means we are not able to ship to your country. International orders can take anywhere from one to four weeks to arrive. Please keep in mind your order will go through customs, which could cause unexpected delays.
PLEASE NOTE: All prices are USD. There may be additional import/customs fees once your order arrives in your country. Unfortunately, those additional fees are unknown to Enya and outside of our control. The charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.
All in-stock orders typically take up to 3-10 business days to be processed and delivered. When your order is being prepared for shipment, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number for the shipment. It could still be a few hours before your shipment is picked up by the carrier, so please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s tracking page to show an updated status and estimated delivery. If the order is not received for more than 10 days, please contact us at service@enya-music.com to review the status of your order.
Free ground shipping on orders of $69 or more in the lower US 48 states. Orders under $69 have a $2.99 flat shipping rate. If you're shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or a non-contiguous USA territory, the price of shipping will determine by the real-time carrier shipping calculations at checkout, the order will ship via USPS. Rates are calculated based on your ship-to location, the weight, and the size of your order.
A PO Box address is only available for the ukulele. Guitars cannot be shipped to a PO Box address.
We ship primarily with UPS to ensure up-to-date tracking information and reliable delivery. On occasion, we will use USPS for the specific order size and ship-to location.

The standard string height on the 12th fret for all ukulele is 3mm. Please do not attempt to adjust the action yourself, but bring the instrument to an experienced repair & set up technician who has the knowledge and proper tools.
Diagnosing the cause of a buzzing instrument can be very challenging. Before attempting any repair or modification on your instrument, please have an experienced repair technician examine it first.
